Shipping Policy
General Considerations
- Free shipping is only offered within the United States for standard domestic shipping.
- We start preparing your package immediately and ship it out as soon as possible once your order is placed unless you state a specified shipping time. In most cases, packages will ship out within 24-48 hours if your orders are fulfillable with the purchase.
- We always do our best to keep you updated but sometimes there maybe some delay in getting the tracking information from our couriers while your package already ships out. In this case, please kindly be more patient and contact our support team for more details.
- We are able to ship out orders on weekends.
- Packages returned to Inspiritech due to incorrect shipping information will be given a product refund but shipping fees may be charged.
- Your purchase may be split into multiple packages for shipment because different products may locate in different warehouses.
- We are unable to change the shipping method once your order ships out. So if you need to upgrade the shipping method or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible before your package ships out.
- If you want to cancel your order after the packages ship out, please DON'T sign but reject the package. Shipping fees may still be charged.
- Shipping and estimated delivery dated will be listed before you check out. Please wait 7 days after the estimated date of delivery as it's when the package can be considered "LOST",if you want to claim a refund for delayed delivery.
- Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
- Delivery time of orders from Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Purto Rico,Virgin Islands, and Hawaii may be longer up to 30 days. Sometimes the orders may not be fulfilled according to the changes of Terms of Service published by the carrier. Customers from these regions are advised to consult our support for confirmation.
- We currently are unable to ship packages to APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping fees will NOT be charged for replacements due to warranty reasons.
Order Modifications
- Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your purchase after your payment is completed. We are unable to make any changes on your order once the package ships out.
Special Considerations
- All orders are subject to approval based on the order information provided.
- All orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications if information is found to be fraudulent
- In the occasion an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a Customer Support Representative has contacted you for further instructions.
- Due to the COVID-19, processing and delivery times may increased.

Return & Refund
- All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, and all items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from inspiritools.com. Purchases made outside of inspiritools.com must contact respective seller for returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Customer will be given a Product Refund but shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded unless the refund is due to warranty reasons.
- Please note that any returned packages with Freight Collect Express is not accepted.
